To appreciate just how unique our nursery is, we highly recommend a firsthand visit to our setting, this will provide you with information on the nursery and our carefully planned learning environment both indoors and outdoors. It is our aim to provide the highest level of care and education in a warm and welcoming environment.
 
The Wendy House is a purpose built building, all on one level, with five rooms. Each room has the advantage of a door leading onto its own private garden. The Wendy House has been operating for 2 1/2 years and we are open Monday to Friday 7.30am to 6pm and closed for Bank Holidays.
 
The Wendy House is situated in Wythall in private grounds, surrounded by beautiful countryside. We make full use of this by taking the children on local walks and visiting our neighbours at Becketts Farm.
 
The Wendy House Day Nursery is a fabulous childcare facility majoring on professional care and Early Years Education for children 0 - 5 years.
 
Your child will enjoy their day in a safe, secure and stimulating environment. Safety is important to us, we have CCTV systems to monitor all visitors outside our setting as well as inside the nursery in the main access area. We pride ourselves on ensuring our safeguarding policies are in place and adhered to at all times.
 
At The Wendy House, we ensure that children within our care are happy, confident and are given the opportunity to experience carefully planned learning environments that ensure children learn through play both indoors and outdoors. We recognise and follow the criteria laid down by the Every Child Matters agenda which focuses us on the wellbeing, health, safety and happiness of every child that attends The Wendy House.
 
We qualify for the early years funding. Children are eligible for this, the term after they are three.
 
We accept all childcare vouchers at the Wendy House.
