Welcome to The Wendy House Day Nursery in Lickey, Birmingham.
 
In order to fully appreciate just how unique our nursery is, we would highly recommend you make a firsthand visit. During your visit you will witness the pride we take in our high standard of childcare and how we carefully mould our premises to create the perfect learning environment. When visiting our nursery we will provide you with information both on the nursery and our carefully planned learning environment both indoors and outdoors. It is our aim to provide the highest level of care and education in a warm and welcoming environment.

The Wendy House Day Nursery is in a purpose built building, over two levels, with four main learning rooms. Our nursery at Lickey, Birmingham opened in June 2011, it benefits from the infrastructure and expertise of our Head Office based in Wythall, Birmingham. The Wendy House Day Nursery has been operating for 3 1/2 years and we are open Monday to Friday 7.30am to 6pm and closed for Bank Holidays.

This particular Wendy House Day Nursery is situated in Lickey, Birmingham very close to the border with Bromsgrove. It is set in private grounds with its own on-site car parking. We make full use of the location by taking the nursery children on local walks to the beautiful Lickey Hills, an area of outstanding natural beauty.

The Wendy House Day Nursery is a fabulous childcare facility, majoring on professional care and Early Years Education for children 0 - 5 years.

At our Lickey nursery your child will enjoy their day in a safe, secure and stimulating environment. Safety is of paramount importance to us, we have CCTV systems to monitor all visitors outside our nursery as well as inside the nursery in the main access area. We take great pride in ensuring our safeguarding policies are in place and adhered to at all times.

At The Wendy House Day Nursery, we ensure that children within our care are happy, confident and are given the opportunity to experience carefully planned learning environments that ensure children learn through play, both indoors and outdoors. We recognise and follow the criteria laid down by the Every Child Matters agenda which focuses us on the wellbeing, health, safety and happiness of every child that attends our nursery.

We qualify for the early years funding. Children are eligible for this, the term after they are three.

We accept all childcare vouchers at the Wendy House Day Nursery.
